You can continue to support our business and our incredible employees by shopping with us. Below, we've outlined temporary limitations for visiting our physical store. As always, you can order online for curbside pickup. Please feel free to reach out to us for a personalized virtual consultation regarding any planned purchases.
Please allow an extra few days for delivery due to COVID-19. For warehouse items (items coming from supplier warehouses) please add 5 days to the normal delivery time. Expedited shipments are not guaranteed due to carrier delays.
Sunrise Cyclery (Massapequa Park store) will be closed the following days this week to help our team catch up and sanitize.

We are no longer having customers browse the retail stores at this time
Please shop/view online for bikes and accessories before coming to the store. The store is open for picking up and purchasing bikes, accessories and parts but please have a purpose before coming. For everyones safety we are limiting to one customer at a time in the store. We want to minimize the possibility of product contamination for the safety you and our employees. Masks are required for entry. Enhanced cleaning protocalls in place so expect longer waits.
Starting Monday 6/1/20 we will resume taking bikes in for service with an expected 2-3 week backlog time.
New Bike Purchases
Instore pick-up of bikes are currently experiencing a backlog of aproxmately 3 - 4 weeks assembly time from the time the bike is ordered before it may be picked up. We will e-mail you when your bike is ready.
Online Accessory Purchased (in-store pick-up)
Instore pick-up of parts and accessories are currently experiencing 2-3 days before order may be picked up. For warehouse items (items coming from supplier warehouses) please add 5 days to the pick-up time. We will e-mail you when your order is ready.
