Please Note: Certain items may have additional shipping charges associated with them because of increased size (Over-sized) and / or insurance charges imposed by our carriers (USPS, FedEx and UPS). These additional charges are clearly indicated for each item and at the time of checkout.
Most in stock orders received by us before 2:00pm Eastern Time are shipped the same business day. Orders received after 3:00pm will be shipped the following business day. Orders received after 3:00 Friday are shipped Monday. If the item you are ordering is marked "In Warehouse" please allow an additional 2-7 days to ship. If your prefer us to split your order and ship as available, please let us know in the "Additional Information" field.
For Domestic (Continental US, excluding Alaska & Hawaii) orders below $59, there is a flat $8.99 shipping charge.
Estimated Shipping Charges will appear in your shopping cart as you add items to it. These charges are based upon Standard Shipping to the Continental United States. For International orders (and Alaska & Hawaii), shipping charges for all available delivery options will be calculated during checkout since we need your address to determine these charges.
Delivery options include Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, 2-Day and Overnight. Not all delivery options are available for all locations; during checkout, options and charges will be determined and made available.
Delivery confirmation is at no extra charge for Priority Mail. The tracking number is sent to your e-mail address from our web site (email@example.com). Please make sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book and SPAM Filter to make sure e-mail from us is not treated as Spam.
We are not responsible for lost shipments after the carrier delivers them (per confirmation on tracking numbers) i.e. the delivery person leaves them on your doorstep. The following are the steps you should take if you haven't received your shipment:
- Call or e-mail us.
- We will confirm its been shipped.
- We confirm with carrier that the shipment was delivered.
- Check with the carrier
- We cannot replace lost shipments after delivery confirmation has been made by the carrier.
Bicycles are shipped in their factory sealed carton. Assembly is required and should be done by a qualified bicycle mechanic. Always wear a helmet while riding.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be back-ordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.
Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us at 1-800-924-5304 to confirm that the product is available at the location you prefer before heading over to our store.
RETURNS - 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
You may return most items sold by sunrisecyclery.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused/unworn item(s) including all original tags and and original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Because of our free shipping policy for all orders over $59 you are required to pay to ship the item to us as well as any cost we incurred to ship to you originally. Premium and express shipping charges will not be reimbursed. If you refuse delivery of an order you will be charged the shipping cost back to us. The cost of shipping to you will be the exact public rate available on the UPS website, which will be deducted from your refund. We add no "handling or restocking" fee.
We will pay the return shipping cost if you are returning the item(s) as a result of our error.
If any item you order arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange for UPS or the USPS to return to pick up the item(s) and we'll send out replacement(s) at NO COST TO YOU.
Used, non-defective merchandise cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
Cycling Shoes: Shoes may be returned only if cleats have not been installed. Please try them on before installing your cleats.
Saddles: Saddles with carbon or titanium rails may be returned only if it they have not been installed on the seatpost. If the rails are scratched they cannot be returned. Complete bicycles may be exchanged only if defective. The exchange must be completed within 30 days of delivery.
Wetsuits: We want to make purchasing a wetsuit easy and efficient for you. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing or fit, contact us at 1.800.924.5304 so that we can help you make a suitable decision before you place your order.
Exercise caution when trying on a wetsuit. All wetsuits are inspected for damage, prior to shipping, to ensure a quality product. A tear or splitting at a seam is considered a manufacturing defect, but any tears in the wetsuit, fingernail or other, in the center of a panel are not defects and will not be accepted by Sunrise Cyclery / Sunrise Tri. The wetsuit will be shipped back to you at your expense. Wetsuits can be returned within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
1. Wetsuits must be returned in unworn, new condition with all of the tags and original packaging.
2. If you are unsure of the fit of your wetsuit, do not wear the wetsuit in the water. Wetsuits that have been worn in the water will not be accepted by Sunrise Cyclery / Sunrise Tri and will be shipped back to you at your expense.
3. If the wetsuit is defective, you can return it for replacement, store credit or refund with no penalty within 30 days. We will refund your return shipping fees in this situation.
4. If you would like to exchange your wetsuit for a different size, you can return it for a proper-sized replacement within 30 days of purchasing the wetsuit. The wetsuit must be in new condition and must not have been worn in the water. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

- Carefully and securely package the item(s) you wish to return/exchange.

Every item Sunrise Cyclery & Sunrise Tri carries is covered by a warranty from the individual manufacturers. Generally, warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, and racing are not covered under any warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise.
